The villa holds 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably. A cot/crib can be supplied on request.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 25 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and videos. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).

The villa is minutes from a 24 hour Walmart. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.

There is a wealth of restaurants nearby on US 192 such as Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI's, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver.

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 5 minutes away.

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
